Where are you based?
East Park Gym is located between Bracknell and Wokingham on the grounds of the stunning and newly renovated Easthampstead Park Hotel (click here to check it out).
We sit surrounded by the beautiful Berkshire woodland which the estate enjoys and our members do too – members of EPG get 10% off EVERYTHING in the hotel, including food, drink, rooms and event bookings.
What facilities do you have?
On site we have a large gym floor, studio (filled with some great classes starting in May 2021), outdoor training area (Coming Soon), individual luxury wet and dry changing rooms and a multi-purpose reception on the first floor.
What equipment do you have?
We have everything you would expect from a gym floor plus SO much more.
We have taken time and used our expertise to carefully curate an equipment list for EPG unlike any in the area, sourcing our kit from Rogue, Technogym, Watson Equipment, Peloton, Origin and BLKBOX to be spread around our five key training areas: Cardio, Free Weights, Functional, Studio and Outdoor.

What are your opening times?
We are lucky to be able to open early and close fairly late. Our opening times are 6 am-10:00 pm on weekdays and 8 am-8 pm at weekends.
How much will membership cost?
£32 per month plus £15 Joining fee.

When can I join?
Any time! We are having a fully automated online membership system so you can join at home! Head to eastparkgym.com/join
When will my membership start?
Your membership runs month to month, on a rolling direct debt. You pay for the month upfront so payment will leave your account 3-5 days after you sign up.
When is the 1st payment taken?
Your 1st payment will be taken when you join. This could be a 1-3 working days after your sign up.
Where can I join?
All joining to completed online. We currently do not accept cash for memberships. Click JOIN NOW and follow the instructions. Takes 2-3 minutes to complete.
You can even join at home to beat the queues!
What contracts do you offer?
We offer one type of contract – monthly. We currently do not offer 3,6 or 12 month contracts
This means you can join and leave whenever you like. Just notify us when 30 days before you want to cancel and we will take care of the rest.
Do I need to sign a PAR-Q/ Health Declaration?
Yes. When you sign up, you will indicate to us that you are fit and able to use the gym and notify us if the situation changes.
Will my membership fee increase?
We always look for ways to add more value to our memberships. This could be refreshing the gym, new equipment, more classes and much more. As a result, periodically, we may increase the cost of our monthly membership.
Any increase will be communicated well in advance of the price increase.
USING THE GYM
What do I do on my 1st visit?
You will need to register your face scan with a member of the team.
Don’t worry, the system doesn’t store any pictures of your face but uses clever reference points to create a map of your face. This means the turnstile will always open for you and quickly so you can get straight into the gym
How do I gain access to the gym?
We are using a face recognition system which allows members to swiftly and securely enter our gym.
Once enrolled on our system, you can simply walk up to the turnstile and it will open for you.
Can I use the gym more than once per day?
Yes, you have unlimited uses per day.
Can I share my membership?
No. We currently do not offer shared memberships. Due to our entry system, only one user per membership.
Can I transfer my membership?
No. Memberships are non-transferrable.
Is there parking?
Yes. East Park Gym boosts over 200 parking spaces for members, free of charge.
Can I bring a friend?
Yes. We offer day passes at the kiosk or online, all through our website. Click JOIN NOW and purchase our day pass.
Once the day pass is purchased, enroll their face scan on the kiosk at the gym and they will be able to enter.
Can I freeze my membership?
Yes. We currently offer a freeze option for 1, 2 or 3 months. Members will be charged £5 per month to freeze their membership.

Does the gym have WIFI?
Yes. We have a guest WIFI for our gym members. We ask that all member refrain from streaming on services such as Netflix and PRIME to reduce bandwidth.
Streaming services like Apple Music and Spotfiy are fine for use on our wifi.
What changes are you making in light of COVID – 19?
We are acutely aware that our gym has to be well run in order to provide you with a safe and effective training setting.
We are designing our operational process, marketing and membership communications to ensure you, the member, knows exactly what to do before, during and after your gym session and are made aware of any changes that occur.
Fitness is part of the solution and we want to bring you our facilities as soon as possible in the safest way we can.

Can I hire a Personal Trainer?
Yes, East Park Gym has a team of professional fitness coaches who you can hire.

Do you have classes?
East Park Gym has a selection of free and paid classes to choose from. Our timetable page on the main menu has an up to date schedule of classes.
Each class will indicate if it is free or paid
Do I have to be a member to use classes, a coach or other gym services?
Yes, to access classes or other services, you will need to purchase a day pass or a monthly membership.
Some services will be available to non-members and these services will be indicated in the marketing.
Do you have sauna, steam or a pool?
No, East Park Gym currently only offer a gym only membership.
What is my notice period to cancel?
We operate with a 30-day cancellation policy. Therefore, if you notify us at least 5 days prior to your next payment to ensure your membership is cancelled for the following month.
