A Litltle Bit More About me
I started training at the gym when I was 11 years old when my dad introduced me to powerlifting.
Ever since then I’ve been consistently lifting. I will admit my motivation has gone up and down but I have finally found a routine I love and can stick to and want to help you do the same!
My love for the gym made me start introducing friends and family where I would train them just for fun, this is where my love for personal training started. I wanted to help people fall in love with lifting just like I did.
Alongside my personal training I also have my own events business and currently study business management at university. I am always looking for ways to expand my knowledge both in the gym and outside the gym. Knowledge that I hope to pass on and benefit as many people as possible.
So whether it’s fat loss, building muscle or just wanting to move your body I’m sure I can help you find something you will enjoy. Maybe you just struggle with committing to routine and need someone to push you further? Then I am also your girl!
