Hi, I'm Steph
Having left my corporate job at the age of 29 to become a Personal Trainer, I fully understand how overwhelming it can be trying to balance keeping fit and living a healthy lifestyle alongside a full-time job.
My main aim is that by working with me, pursuing a healthy lifestyle will help to enhance your day to day life, rather than leaving you feeling more overwhelmed.
To get there, we’ll use an approach that is tailored-to-you. I want to help you fall in love with your health and fitness journey and celebrate all of the wins along the way, alongside having goals to work towards.
A Little Bit More About me
In my experience, truly pushing yourself in the gym comes from a place of having the confidence and belief that you can reach your potential, whatever that looks like for you. This is exactly the mindset I want to help you to achieve at every stage of your journey.
My exercise experience spans across several training types, from marathon running to mobility. I adopt a hybrid approach to fitness which largely focuses on using weightlifting, cardio and mobility techniques to help you, build, sculpt, and maintain a strong and resilient body.
Outside of the gym, I’ll teach you to adopt a holistic approach to health and fitness, focusing on the small, daily habits that create a positive domino effect in your life.
